Student Research Conference: SRC
The Student Research Conference (SRC) is an annual event sponsored by the College of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (CPMS). The conference gives both graduate and undergraduate students the opportunity to present their research in a professional conference setting.
Students who have participated in past conferences cite the SRC as a valuable experience that augmented their BYU education and helped to better prepare them for graduate school and/or industry. Over 400 students will be presenting their research at the 2018 SRC. Following the presentation sessions, students will have the opportunity to visit with corporate sponsors to discuss potential career opportunities. In addition, a pizza luncheon and door prize drawings will be provided by these sponsors.
Abstracts for the 2018 Student Research Conference will be accepted until February 9, and may be submitted here. The SRC 2018 schedule will be posted after the abstract deadline submission date at SRC Presenter’s Schedule. The 2018 Student Research Conference will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2018 beginning at 8:00 a.m. in room 1102 of the Jesse Knight Building. For additional information on the conference, please contact Kimberly Jenkins in the CPMS Dean’s Office at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 801.422.4022.
