2015 Discovery Internship
Deloitte—Nationwide
The program will consist of an 8-week rotational internship which will provide a broad understanding of two practices within Deloitte. Interns will have the opportunity to rotate between the two practices for approximately four weeks in each function. Throughout the program, participants will focus on issues shaping and affecting the profession today as well as topics related to their own career development. Another component of the program is counseling. At the end of each engagement, interns will have the opportunity to review their performance with management. Additionally, staff will serve as "counselors" to interns within the program. Counselors serve as a vital source of information and advice. Counselors will also participate in many of the social activities planned for the interns throughout the program.
