June graduation — apply by February 15
August graduation — apply by April 15
December graduation — apply by September 15
To apply, go to the “Apply for Graduation” link in the “School” menu in myBYU. Students must have an active ecclesiastical endorsement through the date of their graduation. Students must visit the Advisement Center in N-181 ESC to complete the application process. Those in a teaching program must also visit the Education Advisement Center in 120 MCKB.
Students who graduate in December will automatically be included in the April ceremonies. Those who graduate in June will be included in the August ceremonies. Check out this fun graduation video on YouTube produced by BYU students.
Commencement — April 24, 2014
Time: Thursday at 4:00 p.m. (line up at 3:10)
Location: BYU Marriott Center
Students should line up at designated areas in the parking lots north of the ASB by 3:10 p.m. Guests should take their seats in the Marriott Center and view the academic processional via large-screen television. Doors will open at 2:00 p.m., and guests should be seated by 3:45 p.m.
Convocation — April 25, 2014
Time: Friday at 8:00 a.m. (line up at 7:30)
Location: Wilkinson Student Center (WSC) Ballroom
Students should line up in the Garden Court at 7:30 a.m. Tickets are not required for guests, and seating is open on a first-come basis.

Diplomas and Transcripts
Diplomas are usually mailed three to six weeks after graduation. Transcripts can be ordered through the Records Office. Visit the Registrar’s Office website for more information.
