Counseling Services

The university has many resources to help students with personal struggles. Students who are experiencing difficulties beyond academics are strongly encouraged to seek help from the following sources as needed:
The Counseling Center: personal counseling, group therapy, biofeedback lab, crisis services, and much more.
CASC Workshops: free workshops for communication, stress management, financial management, and more.
Comprehensive Clinic:  mental health, communication disorders, and LDS Family Services.
Ward bishops are also available and have additional resources.
