Invest in the Minds of Young BYU Scientists

With its renowned faculty members, excellent research facilities and strong research programs, the college stands ready to prepare its students to be outstanding assets to their employers. Mentoring undergraduates and graduates takes resources. Currently, these resources come from a combination of budgeted BYU funds, donations to the university and external research grants. However, external funds are becoming more difficult to obtain, and gift funds are susceptible to changes in the economy.

To continue providing the quality mentoring our students need and to safeguard against changes in our current funding resources, CPMS is raising two endowments of $10 million each to provide stable financial support to our undergraduate research and to keep our graduate programs competitive. The college is asking our friends and alumni to help contribute toward funding the future. With your donations, we will ensure that CPMS students can continue working toward a brighter future for everyone.
